Who we are

This website is operated by Glenn Ronald Fairchild trading as Staffing Group, ABN 70 687 270 290. This policy explains how personal information is handled through this interim website and its enquiry channels.

Website visits

This website uses OpenAI's GPT Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare's hosting, database and domain services. Those providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time.

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional tracking cookies to this website. Service providers may process information for their own service operation and security as described in their privacy information: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

Information collected through enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message. Company and phone details are optional. We also record a submission reference, timestamps and notification status to manage the enquiry, prevent duplicate submissions and apply its expiry date. Security checks help protect the form against automated misuse.

The form accepts text only. It does not accept CV uploads, attachments or job applications, and submitting an enquiry does not create a candidate registration. Share only information relevant to your enquiry. Please do not provide identity documents, health information, bank details or another person's confidential information.

Purpose, storage and access

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1, the managed database provided through our GPT Sites hosting. We use this information to understand and respond to your request and discuss your recruitment needs or career interests.

Access to the private website enquiry inbox is restricted to Glenn Fairchild through authenticated owner access. Hosting providers process and maintain the underlying service under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Email notifications

We use Mailgun (Sinch Email) to send the full enquiry details to Glenn Fairchild at glenn@staffinggroup.co. This includes your name, email address, message and any company or phone details you provide. Your validated email address is used as the reply-to address so Glenn can respond to you.

Submitting the form saves your enquiry and requests this notification. Email delivery can fail; the saved enquiry remains available in Glenn's private website inbox. No automatic confirmation email is sent to you, and the enquiry does not add you to marketing or start an email campaign.

Mailgun processes these notifications in its US region. Our hosting and mailbox providers may also process information outside Australia. For Mailgun's privacy information, see Mailgun's Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need more information about a particular enquiry.

Retention and deletion

Each website enquiry is assigned an expiry date 30 days after submission. Glenn is responsible for reviewing and purging expired enquiries through the private inbox maintenance procedure. This is a manual procedure: reaching the expiry date does not itself guarantee that the stored record has been deleted.

The website expiry and purge procedure does not delete notification emails from Glenn's mailbox or Mailgun's delivery records. Those copies have separate retention arrangements and must be managed separately. Service providers may retain technical and security information under their own policies.

You can call us to request earlier deletion. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry, or to raise a privacy concern, call Staffing Group on 1300 790 330. Have your submission reference ready if available. We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making changes. We will consider your request and explain our response.

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a privacy concern, you can seek information about complaint options from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. The date above identifies the current website version.
